International Shipping Policy

To ensure that each creation arrives safely and smoothly in your hands, please read the following shipping and shopping instructions carefully before ordering. Placing an order indicates your agreement to the service regulations of this website.

I. Order Processing and Communication

1. Status Updates:
All order updates and tracking information will be sent automatically via email to the address provided during registration. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder.

2. Order Review:
The notification received immediately after placing an order is a system acknowledgment only. We will further review your order details within business days. If you do not receive any confirmation or shipping update within one week of ordering, please contact our customer service to check your status.

II. Cross-Border Shipping

All international orders must be fully settled with both product payments and international shipping fees at checkout before the system accepts the order and begins the fulfillment process.

1. Hong Kong & Macau:
Shipped via SF Express (Freight Collect). The shipping fee will display as 0 USD/TWD at checkout, and customers must pay the shipping fee directly to the courier upon delivery based on SF Express's official rates (fees range approximately from 35 HKD to 300 HKD, depending on weight and item quantity).

2. Other International Regions:
Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or SF Express International. The international shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected destination country/region and added to the total amount.

【Important Notice】: As perfumes are classified as restricted hazardous materials in international aviation transport, the international shipping fees displayed on our website already include the "Dangerous Goods Handling Fee" charged by international courier companies.

III. International Duties, Delivery Timeframes, and Disclaimers

1. Customs Duties & Taxes:
International shipping fees only cover long-distance logistics costs. All international shipments may be subject to import duties, consumption taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country according to local regulations. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer (recipient). The Company cannot estimate or interfere with these charges in advance.

2. Abandonment & Rejection Disclaimer:
If a parcel is returned, detained, or forcibly destroyed by local customs due to the recipient's refusal to pay local customs duties, failure to cooperate with customs clearance procedures, or provision of incorrect shipping information, the Company will deem the transaction fully completed, and absolutely no refunds will be issued for either the products or the international shipping fees.

3. Estimated Delivery Window:
International orders generally take 7 to 30 business days to arrive after dispatch (the actual timeline depends on the speed of customs inspection in each country). Delivery may be delayed due to holidays (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other peak logistics seasons), natural disasters, or strikes. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.
