International Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your support. To protect your rights and ensure fair transactions, please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms of this International Return & Exchange Policy.
I. Scope of Service and Return Restrictions
Due to the high cost, complexity of international logistics and customs clearance, and because perfume is classified as a restricted or hazardous item by postal services in many countries, all international orders are final. We do not offer exchange or standard return services.
1. No Personal Preference Returns:
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refund requests based on personal preferences (e.g., scent dislike, wrong selection, discrepancy with imagination, or change of mind). Scent perception is highly subjective and does not constitute a product defect.
2. Minor Packaging Wear:
Minor creases, dents, or folds on the outer packaging that occur during international long-distance transit and do not affect the product itself are exempt from major defect compensation.
II. Major Defect Compensation (No Return Required)
We only offer compensation if you receive a product with major defects or if an incorrect item was shipped.
1. Eligible Situations: Severe leakage, major product breakage, or incorrect items shipped.
2. Mandatory Video Proof: To secure your rights, you must contact customer service within 3 days of delivery and provide a continuous unboxing video starting from before the parcel's outer box is opened. Compensation requests cannot be processed without this valid video proof.
3. Compensation Procedure: Upon verification, we will issue a partial/full refund or store credit as compensation based on the severity of the defect. You will not be required to return the item.
III. Pre-Shipment Quality Check and Liability Agreement
A mandatory "Pre-Shipment Quality Check" confirmation field is required at checkout.
1. If you entered "Yes" (Agree to Check): Our team will open the original factory seal to verify that the bottle and atomizer are completely intact and leak-free before shipping. If major damage still occurs during transit due to force majeure, please contact us within 3 days with your unboxing video, and we will prioritize your compensation.
2. If you entered "No" (Decline Check): The item will be shipped in its original factory-sealed state. Due to the inherent risks of international transit, if any leakage or damage is found upon arrival, a continuous unboxing video starting from before the parcel is opened is strictly required as the sole proof. No partial refunds or store credits will be issued if a valid video cannot be provided, or if the recording started after the parcel was already opened.
IV. Cross-Border Refunds and Account Restrictions
1. Currency Exchange and Fees: Approved international refunds will be credited back to your original credit card. Please note that the final refund amount may vary slightly due to currency exchange fluctuations, and any foreign transaction fees charged by your card issuer are non-refundable by the Company.
2. Account Restrictions: The Company reserves the right to decline future transactions, restrict privileges, or suspend accounts (blacklist) that exhibit repetitive malicious order cancellations, unreasonable claims, or harassment of customer service.
