II. Regulations for Membership Upgrade and Renewal

1. Calculation Basis: The accumulated amount for upgrades and renewals is calculated based on the actual net payment amount after discounts.

2. Automatic Upgrade: The system will automatically calculate and update your membership tier upon the completion of your order.

3. Renewal Mechanism: If the renewal threshold is met within the 1-year membership validity period, the validity will be automatically extended for another year from the original expiration date. If the renewal threshold is not met, your tier will be readjusted based on your actual accumulated spending after expiration.

III. Terms of Use for Birthday Benefits

1. Distribution Time: Birthday gift shopping credits will be automatically deposited into your account on the first day of your birthday month. (Please ensure you provide the correct birthday information during registration, as it cannot be modified manually after registration.)

2. Validity Period: Birthday discounts and shopping credits are exclusively valid during your birthday month. Expired benefits will become invalid and will not be reissued.

IV. Precautions and Disclaimer

1. Account Restricted to Personal Use: Membership benefits are restricted to the member themselves and cannot be transferred, lent, merged with other accounts, or redeemed for cash.

2. Return Processing: If a product return causes your accumulated spending for the year to fall below the threshold, the Company reserves the right to adjust your membership tier.

3. Program Amendments: Dear Air Fragrance (the Company) reserves the final right to adjust the membership program, modify benefits, and interpret this policy. Any changes will be announced on the official website without prior notice.
